ANIMALS AT THE HOTEL
RULES
Hotel Bellotto is open to guests along with their pets. We will provide each four-legged guest with a bed and bowls.
A prerequisite for accepting a pet at Hotel Bellotto is to notify the Guest’s arrival with the pet at the time of booking and specify the breed, species and size of the pet.
In addition, the animal should be vaccinated and dewormed.
For dogs, it is mandatory to have a current rabies vaccination certificate.
The Hotel has restrictions on the number of pets accepted per reservation and additional pet fees, including a mandatory deposit of PLN 500.
Adherence to the Rules on animals at the Hotel is aimed at ensuring a comfortable and safe stay for all Guests.
If pets are present, the Guest shall be fully responsible for their behavior and for any damage that may be caused by the animals.
It shall be unacceptable for dogs to stay on beds and sofas, to use hotel towels and bed linen for animals’ needs, for animals to settle their physiological needs in rooms.
None of the animals should be left alone in the room if at that time it disturbs other Guests and may cause damage to property.
For safety reasons, cleaning of rooms with pets is done only in the presence of the owner or when the animal is not in the room. To arrange a convenient time, please contact the staff.
If you leave your pet alone in the room, please leave a tag on the door handle, on the outside of the door.
The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest additional fees in case of cleaning or repair of damages caused by animals.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in appropriate carriers in public areas of the hotel.
In case of failure to comply with the Rules of the Stay of Pets at the Hotel, the Hotel shall reserve the right to charge additional fees or even refuse further accommodation with the animal.
Any disputable situations that are not included in the Rules of the Stay of Pets at the Hotel shall be resolved individually by the Hotel Director.
The Hotel shall do its best to make the stay of the animals smooth and comfortable for both the animals, their owners, and other Guests of the Hotel.
The health, safety and comfort of our Guests shall be our top priority.
The Hotel reserves the right to change the Rules of the Stay of Pets at the Hotel at any time but information about the changes shall be made available on the Hotel’s website and communicated to Guests at the time of booking.
